The festive period can seem very overwhelming with lots of socialising, gift buying, overindulging on rich heavy foods, and drinking more alcohol than usual, leaving us all a bit exhausted and fatigued.
Here’s a few little pointers to help keep you feeling full of energy and on top of those moments of fatigue from going hard on the jollies.
* Make sure you get plenty of rest. Get some sleep or take time to relax.
*Balance your meals. Keep up your fruit and veg in take.
*Get some activity in. A blustery walk, a wriggle on your yoga mat, a run, have a swim. Whatever take a your fancy.
*Don’t put necessary pressure on yourself. You don’t have to go to every party and don’t feel like you need to go overboard present buying.
