I am a 500hr qualified yoga instructor based in Sussex. I have a passion for movement, mind and body restoration and meditation. I’ve been practising yoga for over 10 years but more passionately since the birth of my daughter 5 years ago when I took the plunge to start teaching. I have learned the beauty of connecting movement with breath, the power of slowing the mind down and moving the body with intention and connection. Yoga is something I come back to daily, it filters through my day, every day. Not just the physical asana practice but the living mindfully, with kindness and gratitude and striving for union and wholeness.
Whether or not you have a yoga practice already and are wanting something more focused or perhaps you are a complete beginner and want to give yoga a try. I teach private yoga classes which can be 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 with a friend, relative or loved one. I take one off bookings or would suggest block booking 4 classes, working towards a goal or dedicating a little quiet and time for yourself in a fast paced world.
Yoga in the workspace can be very beneficial for not only the body but can also energise the brain. Finding time away from your desk, releasing negative tension & ironing out tired & tight muscles, I offer corporate classes in your own office space.
